Lead Director
Mr. Dahl has served on the Company’s board of directors since February 2004 and is currently the Board’s Lead Director. Mr. Dahl is a private investor with an extensive business background, and currently serves as chairman of the board for International Rectifier Corporation (NYSE: IRF). From July of 2002 through June of 2007 Mr. Dahl served in senior executive positions for Dole Food Company, Inc. Positions held by Mr. Dahl during his tenure at Dole included, President and Chief Operating Officer, Vice President, and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to his service at Dole he was President and Chief Operating Officer of Pacific Century Financial Corporation (formerly known as Bancorp Hawaii, Inc.) from 1994 until 2002. Mr. Dahl is a member of the board of directors of Pacific Health Research Institute. |
