Mr. Gordon has served on the Company’s board of directors since 1987. On April 2006, he assumed the position of Vice Chairman of First Q Capital LLC. He also has served as Chairman of StoneCreek Capital, Inc. (formerly The Gordon+Morris Group, Inc.) since January 2002. He served as Chairman or Co-Chairman of StoneCreek Capital, Inc. from 1992 to 2001. He has served as Chairman of the boards of the Orange County Performing Arts Center, Delafoil, Inc., and as chairman of the Pacific Symphony. He is a member of the boards of BSSI, Inc. and the Community Foundation of the Jewish Federation of Orange County. |
