Ms. Nahas has served on the Company’s board of directors since 1992. She has held the position of Managing Director, Southern California, of Korn/Ferry International or similar positions since May 1998. She served as a member of the Executive Committee of Korn/Ferry International from December 1995 until August 1998. Ms. Nahas has served as a director of Whittier Holdings, Inc. since 2000, UCLA Anderson School of Management-Board of Visitors, United Way of Greater Los Angeles, Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce, and Town Hall Los Angeles. |
