Mr. Kay has served on the Company’s Board of Directors since May 1987. Previously, he was its Chairman from January 2003 to May 2006. Mr. Kay is a private consultant and investor. He served as Publisher, Fi: The Magazine of Music & Sound, and President and Chief Executive Officer of Fi, L.L.C. from October 1995 until May 1998. He serves as director of Design Center Solutions, Inc. dba Bridgeway Media Group and is an honorary board member of the New Century Chamber Orchestra. |
