On August 2, 2018, Dine Brands Global, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the Corporation) issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors of the Corporation declared a third quarter 2018 cash dividend of $0.63 per share of common stock, payable on October 5, 2018, to the Corporations stockholders of record as of September 20, 2018. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

Dine Brands Global, Inc. Announces Third Quarter 2018 Dividend
GLENDALE, Calif., August 2, 2018 Dine Brands Global, Inc. (NYSE: DIN), the parent company of Applebees Neighborhood Grill & Bar® and IHOP® restaurants, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.63 per share of common stock for the third quarter of 2018. The dividend will be payable on October 5, 2018 to the Companys stockholders of record at the close of business on September 20, 2018.
