On October 6, 2017, DineEquity, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the Corporation), issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors of the Corporation declared a fourth quarter 2017 cash dividend of $0.97 per share of common stock, payable on January 12, 2018, to the Corporations stockholders of record as of December 18, 2017. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

DineEquity, Inc. Announces Fourth Quarter 2017 Dividend
GLENDALE, Calif., October 6, 2017 DineEquity, Inc. (NYSE: DIN), the parent company of Applebees Neighborhood Grill & Bar® and IHOP® restaurants, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.97 per share of common stock for the fourth quarter of 2017. The dividend will be payable on January 12, 2018 to the Companys stockholders of record at the close of business on December 18, 2017.
