Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

(b) On August 24, 2017, DineEquity, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Corporation”) accepted the resignation of its President, International, Daniel del Olmo, effective September 13, 2017. Mr. del Olmo is leaving to pursue another opportunity.
