Gregory R. Bever
As Chief People Officer for Dine Brands Global, Inc., Gregory Bever is responsible for the human resource organization and all team members activities and initiatives globally. Bever leads a team overseeing talent management, employee relations, organizational development, total rewards and HR compliance for the company and its team members.
Bever joined Dine in August of 2011 as Vice President, Compensation and Benefits and most recently served as Vice President, Human Resources, Corporate Services before being promoted to his current position in February 2018. Prior to that, Bever worked as the Vice President of Global Compensation for the AECOM Technology Corporation. Prior to that, he led executive compensation for various organizations, including Countrywide Financial, Halliburton Company and Anadarko Petroleum. Bever began his career with Hewitt Associates, and remained with the company for over 8 years, working initially in benefits administration and later as an Executive Compensation Consultant.
Bever earned his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and his Master of Science in Applied Mathematics (Actuarial Science and Statistics) from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois.
