Guest Favorite Returns to IHOP's 'Re-Stuffed' Menu; One of IHOP's Most Popular Menu Items Returns
GLENDALE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 25, 2004--Back by popular demand, IHOP's (NYSE:IHP) Stuffed French Toast will make a return appearance at locations nationwide now through April 25, 2004. Stuffed French Toast was first launched in March 2003 as part of IHOP's continuing effort to offer guests new and exciting tastes. Guests responded quickly and it became IHOP's most successful new product introduction to date.
Stuffed French Toast features warm cinnamon-raisin bread, stuffed with sweetened cream cheese that is dipped in IHOP's special French toast batter and grilled to a golden brown. This taste treat is crowned with whipped topping, powered sugar, and the guests' choice of fruit toppings, including strawberries, blueberries and cinnamon apples. Available ala carte or as part of a combo meal with breakfast favorites such as eggs, hash browns, bacon or sausage, Stuffed French Toast can be ordered for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
"Stuffed French Toast underscores IHOP's commitment to continuously set the standard for guest satisfaction through new products," said IHOP's Chief Marketing Officer Gregg Nettleton. "The return of Stuffed French Toast is a direct response to the positive feedback we have received from our guests who come to IHOP to enjoy unique, innovative meals that exceed the boundaries of traditional family dining."
